You can add or drop prospects at any time, just text me Kyle or Joe to do it. Also, you can technically have more than 10 prospects if you receive them through trades...ex: If Bryce Harper is traded for 3 prospects and I already have 10, I can have 13 prospects. But you can't add off free agency more than the 10 you have now. More prospects will be available in the future as we do a prospect draft every year and expand our minor league system.
